As Vice President, I lead an incredible team of culture changers at GiANT! I serve the GiANT team by providing direction to our internal people, systems & structure, helping innovate the GiANT culture, & carrying forward our vision, mission, & message.

I've spent most of my career serving people and developing systems. I'm also an early adopter who loves to find ways to leverage technology to empower and equip people. Prior to GiANT I worked for a major publishing house, developing life-changing content and working with an amazing team of developers and writers.

I'm passionate about life and the things in my life that I value most. I'm passive when it comes to those things that I really don't feel deserve a soapbox or lengthy conversation. As such I've been influenced by profound men and women others have likely never heard of - mostly everyday leaders in their own respect. I honestly cannot think of a better place to be than GiANT! It is a place that is using its influence to impact hundreds of thousands of everyday leaders.

I had a hand in editing "Leadership Is Dead: How Influence Is Reviving It" - GiANT's message wrapped in a book, authored by GiANT Impact CEO & Founder, Jeremie Kubicek. I've been a part of bringing to life a myriad of systems - both at GiANT & beyond - including tools that help connect our event attendees and those that equip our Chick-fil-A Leadercast host sites to have incredible experiences in their own right.

I live in Suwanee, GA with my beautiful bride, Andrea, and three kids: Josiah, Micah & Emerie. I enjoy reading and writing - especially with a good cup of coffee on a quiet morning. I've been known to burst into a spontaneous dance party in our living room, and enjoying subjecting myself occasionally to getting beaten by my kids at their favorite video games.
